Referring Clients

Since June 15, 1998, Better People has worked to make out communities safer while helping individuals with legal histories change their lives.

We have proudly provided professional services to more than 2,400 clients, trained more than 390 to become more efficient and effective in their job search, helped more than 1,360 pass Step 3 of MRT® (when they are considered job-ready) and assisted more than 690 in gaining permanent, full-time employment.

Throughout our 10-year history, our enrollment fee has remained at $25. We have strived to keep this figure low to ensure that all clients, regardless of their economic condition, are able to access and benefit from our services.

As of July 1, 2008, we have made the decision that our enrollment fee must be raised to $35. This is in response to increases in our costs to provide services, though it will always remain our goal to keep our services affordable to all who need them.

Thank you for your continued support of our work. It is through the generous support of our donors that we are able to keep costs to our clients low. The Better People Board of Directors and staff are appreciative of that support.
