Freakonomics Podcast Highlights Value of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

The Better People program is built around the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modality of Moral Reconation Therapy®. The September episode of the Freakonomics podcast titled “Preventing Crime for Pennies on the Dollar” featured exciting research about the benefits of CBT.
